Our Caramelised Shallot & Cider Dressing & Marinade is made using our signature cold pressed rapeseed oil is rich and sweet with a sharp hit of cider vinegar. Fresh shallots are slowly cooked until they are at their sweetest then mixed with cider and apple balsamic vinegars. We love it drizzled over warm new potatoes.
