Add a little extra flavour to your roast potatoes with our oil blended with Rosemary – especially tasty as an accompaniment to roast lamb.
- Kent Potatoes
- Kentish Oils Rapeseed Oil blended with Rosemary
Method
- Peel & chop potatoes before par-boiling.
- Once potatoes have started to soften, drain and cover in pan; give the potatoes a little shake, this will help create more tasty crispy bits!
- Add Kentish Oils Rapeseed Oil blended with Rosemary to a roasting tray and allow to heat through in the oven for a few minutes at 180ºC.
- Add your potatoes to the baking tray, ensuring that all are well coated with oil. Roast for 45 minutes – 1 hour, or until potatoes are golden & crisp.
