  • Kale
  • Kentish Oils Garlic & Herb oil
  • Precooked rice
  • Sweet chilli jam
  • Roasted beetroot
  • Flakes of smoked mackerel


  1. Fry off the kale in the garlic oil, adding some precooked rice, a little sweet chilli jam, some roasted beetroot and the flakes of smoked mackerel, quantities can be adjusted dependant on the number of servings.
