Ingredients
- Kale
- Kentish Oils Rapeseed Oil blended with Lemon
- Bacon
- Puy Lentils (pre-cooked)
- Avocado
- Goats Cheese
Method
- Fry off 3 rashers of bacon until super crispy.
- Mop up any excess oil with a paper towel so the pan is dry, and add your kale to crisp/wilt it a little in the heat.
- Add your pre-cooked lentils until warmed through.
- Toss together and add avocado & goats cheese on top before drizzling with Kentish Oils Rapeseed Oil blended with lemon to taste.
