Bacon, Kale & Avocado Salad

  • Kale
  • Kentish Oils Rapeseed Oil blended with Lemon
  • Bacon
  • Puy Lentils (pre-cooked)
  • Avocado
  • Goats Cheese


  1. Fry off 3 rashers of bacon until super crispy.
  2. Mop up any excess oil with a paper towel so the pan is dry, and add your kale to crisp/wilt it a little in the heat.
  3. Add your pre-cooked lentils until warmed through.
  4. Toss together and add avocado & goats cheese on top before drizzling with Kentish Oils Rapeseed Oil blended with lemon to taste.
