- Kale
- Kentish Oils Garlic & Herb oil
- Precooked rice
- Sweet chilli jam
- Roasted beetroot
- Flakes of smoked mackerel
Method
- Fry off the kale in the garlic oil, adding some precooked rice, a little sweet chilli jam, some roasted beetroot and the flakes of smoked mackerel, quantities can be adjusted dependant on the number of servings.
