Rosemary Roasties

Add a little extra flavour to your roast potatoes with our oil blended with Rosemary – especially tasty as an accompaniment to roast lamb.

Ingredients
Kent Potatoes
Kentish Oils Rapeseed Oil blended with Rosemary

Method
1. Peel & chop potatoes before par-boiling.
2.  Once potatoes have started to soften, drain and cover in pan; give the potatoes a little shake, this will help create more tasty crispy bits!
3.  Add Kentish Oils Rapeseed Oil blended with Rosemary to a roasting tray and allow to heat through in the oven for a few minutes at 180ºC.
4.  Add your potatoes to the baking tray, ensuring that all are well coated with oil.  Roast for 45 minutes – 1 hour, or until potatoes are golden & crisp.
