Warm Smoked Mackerel Salad

Ingredients
Kale
Kentish Oils Garlic & Herb oil
Precooked rice
Sweet chilli jam
Roasted beetroot
Flakes of smoked mackerel

Method
Fry off the kale in the garlic oil, adding some precooked rice, a little sweet chilli jam, some roasted beetroot and the flakes of smoked mackerel, quantities can be adjusted dependant on the number of servings.
